We stayed in the Standard Floor City View Triple Room. The room had air conditioning, a bidet, a refrigerator, and even a coffee machine! Plus, we enjoyed the fitness center. The shower was super nice and spacious too. It was close to Universal Studios, making it perfect for our trips!

The proximity to Universal Studios is unbeatable, just a short stroll to the entrance, which was perfect for our family as we have a young kid. Our room had a nice view of the park, giving us a sneak peek at the morning crowds before heading out. The breakfast was a highlight for sure, with a huge variety of options, including delicious ice cream-filled pastries that we can’t stop talking about. While the laundry facilities were a bit inconvenient since people from other floors could access them, it didn’t overshadow our overall experience.
